Delivery will take place within 3-5 working days for main city centres and within 5-7 working days for outlying areas from date of dispatch. Intershu Online (Pty) Ltd offers a 6-month workmanship policy on all footwear, luggage, and accessories. Returns or exchanges on defective goods will be accepted up to 6 months after purchase provided that the goods have been used for their intended purpose and they have been cared for according to any instructions that accompanied the goods. The duration for such a return is the same as any other return which is up to 10 days after the item was received. A replacement item will be sent to the customer, accordingly, provided stock is available.
